Connecticut DOP Petition Campaign
In order for HR 808 to move forward congress needs to be convinced that there is enough support to merit its consideration. One way that a congressperson can demonstrate their support is through becoming a co-sponsor of the bill. One of the major goals of the DOP campaign in Connecticut is to convince our representatives to become co-sponsors of the legislation. In July of this year we achieved some success when congressman Larson became a co-sponsor of the bill, but we need to redouble our efforts in our other districts.
